Double room available in a friendly house at Hunter's Bar, shared with myself (live-in landlord) & another female professional. We're both 27 & looking for another housemate as the current one is leaving to go travelling! We enjoy socialising in & out of the house whether sharing meals, baking or the odd trip to the pub and would like someone similar.

The room itself is furnished, currently with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Updated pictures to be added. The house is spacious with a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room & dining room, all furnished and mod cons provided. It is well located- close to Ecclesall Road and good public transport links. It is not far from the City Centre and both University's. There is on street parking available with no permit required.

I can be flexible with start & end dates for a contract. The room can be let on a rolling monthly basis. The rent is £300 inclusive of bills- broadband, phone, TV, Gas, Electric, Water and Council Tax.
