Archaeologists with centrally-located apartment

Us:
American and Argentinian post-graduate archaeology students with housing available in August right in the city centre and near the universities. Non-smoker. No pets. Very clean and quiet. Used to living with roommates and flexible with other people's living habits so long as they're courteous of others, mindful of the shared spaces, and participate in the maintenance of the apartment. Love travel, movies, video games, and exploring new things. Also love cooking, but dislike cooking for one.

The apartment:
Centrally-located alongside Sheffield Cathedral, this apartment has plenty of space and gets lots of natural light. Banks, pharmacies, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bus and tram stops, etc. are all right outside the front door. Rental price listed does not include estimates for your share of the utilities. Signed lease and proof of finances required by the landlord, subject to a background check.

If necessary, it might be possible to arrange a move-in date prior to August 1. Sublets may also be considered by the landlord should the need arise.
