A lovely 2nd floor single bedroom for rent in our 4 bed terrace house in the Ecclesall/Sharrow Vale area.

The room is furnished, and has a brilliant view over Sheffield with lots of light in the afternoon.

Bills are approximately £35/month. There is no deposit, but a guarantor will be required.

My parents are the landlords of the property, and I sort of am a live in landlord. The house is therefore more homely than a typical student house, and any issues get fixed very quickly.

The price listed includes council tax for professionals. The room is available immediately, until 31st May therefore short term lets are welcome.

In the house already are three female students (4th year medic, 2nd year psychology, 2nd year languages). We're looking for somebody who is fun and easy-going, who wants to be part of the house, not just living here. We're into cooking, chilling out in front of the TV/films, chatting, and going to the pub. We're clean and tidy, and all study fairly hard amongst relaxing!
We would like to live with somebody who feels they would fit in with all that!

We also have a rabbit who lives indoors, just in case you are allergic or don't like animals! He's very friendly :)
