Cosy, peaceful, furnished room with broadband and all bills included - available in flat in a small, private block in Woodseats. Off road, private parking. Great location off main bus routes and close to supermarkets, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The room is at the rear of the property overlooking a leafy park, so is very quiet and peaceful (apart from wood pigeons and magpies!). Furnished with single bed, bedside tables, lamp, large chest of drawers and also a tv/dvd combi.

The room would suit a professional, working away from home and seeking lodgings Mon – Fri. Rent includes use of shared bathroom and kitchen. Non smoker and please, no entertaining in the flat.

I work full time so another working professional is essential. I like to keep my home clean and tidy but am not OCD on housework. Happy to have a chat and a cuppa now and then but not looking for a new best friend :-) I have had lodgers living with me before and it has always worked out well.
