Cute House With Easy Going Landlord

I have a double sunny room available for a professional person.
The house is in a nice area, in between Nether Edge and Meersbrook. It's a stone's throw from the Climbing Works. It's unusual having two floors at the front and three to the back. The house is South West facing and in the summer is bathed in sunshine (if we have any) and in the Winter, I have the woodburner going every evening.

I swim everyday and cycle or walk to work. I enjoy hill walking in the Peaks, photography, writing, drawing, printmaking, interior design and travel. I'm particularly interested in the Shetlands and its tradition in knitting and am applying for a Masters at Nottingham in Knitwear Fashion. I've lived in China teaching English and can speak Basic Mandarin well and continue to learn - but am now back in Sheffield. I go swimming first thing every morning so don't use the bathroom - making it all yours.

I'm down to earth pragmatic, easy going - looking for a real housemate who treats the place like a home - someone to get on with. After all, I'm sharing my home. It's a quiet calm place. Two minutes from Abbeydale road. 10 minutes from Nether Edge.

I'm looking for 350. 00 per month in summer. 390. 00 per month in the winter. Or if the stay is only part-time stay - the rate is negotiable.
