Sheffield University and the central hospitals are only 20 minutes walk away and the City centre is 30 min, or 10 min by bus.
I am a friendly 54 year old and enjoy walking and cycling, visiting friends or relaxing in front of the TV in the evenings. I am looking for a considerate, friendly and tidy house-mate to share my house with me. My 22 year-old son is currently at home too, but is hoping to move out this year.
We have a weekly cleaner who likes to iron and there is high speed WiFi.
All bills included. On street parking available, but requires a permit.
