The house has a shared living/dining room, kitchen (gas hobs, electric oven) and utility room (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) on the ground floor, and a main bathroom with a large bath and shower on the first floor. Wireless broadband, Sky+HD, council tax, water, gas and electricity bills all included in the rent. Parking is on-street and you can get a resident parking permit from the council.

Both bedrooms are really light and spacious. The first has an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and is a great room with an ivory bed and ash wood furniture (triple wardrobe, mirror, drawers, bedside table). The second bedroom is a lovely room looking across to the botanical gardens, with dark wood double bed and furniture (two large double wardrobes, mirror, drawers, bedside table).

Cost is £390 pm for the non-ensuite and £400 pm for the ensuite, both with bills included and contract for 6 months (then rolling on monthly). The rooms are available straight away.

Looking for house mates who are sociable and around the same age, also professionals. The previous tenants were girls and it would be great to have a mixed house again, but happy to consider boys or girls. The housemates like to hang out during the week watching TV, going to the pub, and going out at the weekends, so someone who’´s into similar things would be great.
