Double bedroom with private bathroom for rent

We currently have a furnished double bedroom with use of private bathroom for rent. We welcome someone who wishes to rent a room during the week but who wishes to travel home at the weekends, however we would consider an all-week tenant to the right person. Not concerned about whether you are straight, gay or from Mars as long as you are honest and trustworthy and would be willing to consider undergoing a CRB check. Our house is a 4 bed detached situated on a quiet cul-de-sac but which is within walking distance to all local amenities e. g. shops, doctors, dentist, library, gym, etc and is only 3 miles from M1

Our tenant would have use of the kitchen facilities eg. cooker, microwave and use of the washing machine and tumble drier. The bedroom for rent comprises of a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, television and is in good clean decorative order. The tenant would also have use of the quiet rear garden and smokers would be welcome to smoke within the garden (undercover area provided) but not within the house.
