The huge double room on first floor has a double bed, wardrobe, comfy chair, big desk and leather chair, walk in closet/storage area, big bookcase, carpet and curtains quite new and fresh in great condition. All neutral and spacious.
It is an attic room; furnished with a modern metal double bed, a large wardrobe and large desk (as well as a book case, television and digital box with all freeview channels available if required). It is very spacious with lots of storage space available. There is a large double glazed window with a beautiful view of the country hills. All walls recently painted and carpet professionally cleaned.
The house is fully furnished, kept clean and tidy and is freshly painted in neutral colours throughout. There is free parking directly outside.
The communal areas are attractive, comfortable and welcoming; there is a bright entrance hall leading into the centre of the house. In the living room there is a large navy leather sofa and wide screen television sat on a cream carpet. It has a huge window with blinds and there is plenty of storage, a coffee table, couple of plants and a nice modern framed picture.
A lot of the kitchen is practically brand new, with almost-new laminate flooring, and kitchen appliances; we have a washing machine, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, hob oven and hood, and plenty of storage for all.
There is also a TV aerial available in the kitchen if you like to watch a bit of tv whilst cooking. The bathroom is bright, clean and has storage space, with a bath and shower and new laminate flooring. Out of the back door, there is a yard with a large wooden bench, plenty of space for a BBQ, and a washing line.
This property is in an excellent location with both Bus and Tram stops within a minute walk for transport all over the city; the City Centre is only a 5 minute tram ride away. If commuting, the tram takes you straight to the Train Station within approx 15 minutes, which is also very convenient. Both Sheffield University's are a 5 - 10 minute Tram ride.
Locally, there are very many Shops with anything you could possibly need; Morrisons, Tesco, B&Q, Wilkinsons and lots more - all without having to travel to the city centre. There are also many other places close by that may be of interest; Coffee Shops, Post Office, Clothes Shops, Fish & Chip Shop, Cafes, several Pubs, all of which have Great atmospheres. Also, Mcdonalds, Subway, Pizza Hut and KFC are all between 1-5 min walk away.
