Dog friendly housemate wanted!

I'm looking for a fellow professional or mature student to rent my double attic room in Hillsborough, which is available from July.

The house is a 3 bed terrace with on-street parking, cellar storage and a private garden (for the rare occasion when we get any sun!). I have a little Westie, so being a dog lover is essential. I'm a live in landlord.

I work full time (and the odd weekend) and I'm extremely laid back and enjoy the odd glass of wine or two, good music and terrible TV (ie Love Island).

Rent is 400 p/m which includes Council Tax and utilities.

Although I've stated an age range, it's just a rough guide really. My longest term lodger (and now a good friend) was 21 at the time of moving in and prior to her the previous was in her 50's. I'm fairly flexible on that one. I'm basically looking to avoid party animals!

There's parking available on street and a bus stop 2 minutes walk away. The tram stop is 5 minutes away. The city centre is a ten minute drive away (20 in rush hour) and roughly about �7-8 in a taxi. There's lots of supermarkets and shops nearby and two gyms and a park within walking distance.

I'm looking for a female lodger and unfortunately my dog isn't cat compatible and is getting on a bit to lodge with other pooches.
