Lovely double room in friendly house available

Hi we are two girls; one student (nursing) and one graduate. We both like watching films, going to gigs, going to the pub (which is opposite the house), going out in general... We both work pretty much full time though so our house would suit someone in the same position. As much as we love socialising we do have to get up early too!

The house is a really cute 3 bedroom terrace on Neill Road in Hunters Bar. It consists of an attic room with own toilet, a shared bathroom, a box room with a futon for guests, a second floor bedroom, shared (colourful!)kitchen and the spare room itself which is on the ground floor.

The room is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk. The rent is £220 a month and the landlord is a total gent. Bills work out pretty cheap as the house gets really warm quickly when the heating is on so expect to pay about £35 a month. We have good broadband from EE too.

There is also a little garden with furniture and a washing line so good for summer and we are 5 minutes walk from Endcliffe Park and about 30 seconds from Ecclesall Road.

We are looking ideally for a student so that council tax will work out well but will consider a graduate or young professional too. Similarly, we are looking ideally for a female but would consider a nice tidy male too! Please get in touch if you are interested.
