Hi!
We are Ben (27 years old) and Nat (31 years old) looking to share a lovely 3 bed house at Woodseats on Chesterfield Road – very close to shops, pubs and on a good bus route. I’m looking for like minded people to share a house with that you call home, not just a place to sleep!
One of us works full time Mon-Friday in Sheffield and I, Nat, am a full time mature student and respect the workers in the week! We're into going out, shopping and chilling at home with a bottle of wine and a film! Don’t mind if you’re guys or girls just for people who are into similar things!
The house is a modern house with modern living room, separate dining room and separate kitchen with a back garden and BBQ area. The room is a double room with double bed at £200 per month)– laminate flooring, cream walls and furniture. If you do have any furniture, may be able to accommodate.
The deposit is £250 and the tenancy is a 6 month basis and then rolling monthly contract.
