Double room in lovely quiet friendly house - The house is in a quiet cul de sac between London Road and Bramall Lane - with loads of Shops, Takeaways, pubs etc. really close by. On several really good bus routes, close to uni and Train Station.

House is fully furnished, with Sky TV and Broadband, shared Living room with Flat Screen Tv, Shared Kitchen and Bathroom with shower.

Double room is furnished with Double Bed, Wardrobe, Large Chest of Drawers and bedside table. Big Light Window with Curtains. Fully Carpeted.

We are a pretty laid back bunch but like to keep the house reasonably tidy!! Both work full time so like a quiet house during the week but like a drink and a communal takeaway and film night now and again.

We are looking for someone who wants a home not just a house - we are both very friendly and enjoy socialising as a house as well as giving each other privacy!
