Two bedrooms and a living room are available in a spacious house in the Bents Green area (S11). One room or any other combination of the above rooms will be considered.

The house is situated in a quiet, leafy area a short drive from Derbyshire.

One room has en suite bathroom facilities. The other room has shared bathroom facilities ( with one other person).
Tenants will also have the use of a separate living room. There is a lovely garden with a patio.
Off road parking available. All mod cons, including Wifi/Broadband, washing machine and t. v.
There are good local shops and bus route within walking distance. The city centre is a short drive away, 10-15 minutes.

I am looking for easy going, clean people like myself.

Rent is £80 pw and that is for one bedroom and own lounge. And the ensuite bedroom and lounge is £100 pw. Rent is inclusive of bills ( you are responsible for your council tax ). Prices are negotiable and depending on what is required.
