Double Room in Walkley (Infirmary Road)

We are a sociable professional house looking for a housemate to take the last empty room which is a spacious double room in a large semi spread over 4 floors.

Most of the house has just been renovated and has two new bathroom suites; one with a roll top bath and large walk in showers in both. The room is furnished with all essentials and there is a communal lounge with a large flat screen and Sky TV+ and a utility room. There is also a small rear garden where we like to bbq in summer and build bonfires in winter :)

All utility bills and council tax included in the rent. On street parking.

The house is a few minutes walk to the large Infirmary Road Tesco and less than one minute to Langsett tram stop and buses for easy 10 minute access to the universities and city centre. There is also a new gym and a snooker hall only a two minute walk away.

We are a house of friendly young professionals looking for a like mind person to share all the space with. By special request of the only girl in the house, we would prefer a female however we are open to another male if you're a good fit with the house.
