A student is wanted to share a house with 3 lovely girls as the fourth bedroom is no loner in use due to the student having a work placement opportunity.
The address is 123 Charlotte Road, Sheffield, S2 4Q. Its approx. a 10 minute walk to city campus and a 30 minute walk to collegiate. Many students live round this area. The room rented Is on the second floor, it is a decent size with a double bed, it has been fitted with brand new wardrobes, bookshelf and a desk. The room also has its own sink. The property will be shared with 3 girls who are second year Public Relation students, they are all very nice girls that are easy to get on with. They are tidy and do not disturb anyone with noise ect if they are going out. We are hoping to find someone that will fit in well! The property has been completely re-decorated, it has been fitted with a brand new kitchen including an American size fridge and a washer/tumble dryer. There are 2 brand new bathrooms that both have showers and toilets. All the bed rooms have had brand new furniture fitted. There is a television in the living room, central heating and a fast wifi connection. There is a retail park at the bottom of the road which includes shops such as ASDA and Pound Stretcher which is convenient.

IMPORTANT: The start date will be the 1st of January until the 31st July. The first payment of £1390. 40 has to be made on the 1st of January, the second payment; £695. 20 is due on the 1st of April. This works out at £79 all bills are included.
