The house is 20-25 minutes walk from the town centre with a very regular bus route at the end of the road. There is a co-op, post office etc slightly down the road (so very convenient if do not have a car). If you do have a car there is on street parking outside the house or a quiet close behind the house for less busy parking.
The rent is £300pcm (£300 deposit) Rent INCLUDES council tax & TV license, utility bills are split equally between all housemates. The house currently has virgin fibre optic broadband
