The house is a mid terrace with a back yard that has been modernised with a decking area? The kitchen is communal & also the living room.
The middle floor is where myself and house mate number 2 live with our own bathroom.. The room has a park view over hills borough park, and is 2 mins walk to the tram stop, local shop and leisure centre.. There is on the road parking available too..
I am looking to keep the house as tidy as possible.. So is looking for a housemate to respect that.
