I have a good sized double room for rent in my clean modern house in an excellent location. Its a quiet road just off Ecclesall and Sharrow Vale with it's vibrant shop's, bar's and restaurants.
Its walking distance to the Universities and Hallamshire Hospital. 2 minutes to Eccasall Road and Psalster Lane buses.
I am a friendly, tidy and clean 34 year old professional male with a large social circle, its a quite house most of the time but I do like a beer at the weekend.
There is a modern kitchen and bathroom, back yard with patio bbq and chimnea, all ready for the summer!
The living room has a large flatscreen TV with Sky, All Bills, wireless internet and cleaner is including in the rent.
I am quite sociable and will no doubt be dragging you down the many great local pubs at some point for a drink!
