There are 3 bedrooms in the house but I keep the single as a spare room and I have one outdoor cat. I have wireless but not television or landline phone.
Rent excludes gas and electric but all other bills included. I'm happy with short term, Monday-Friday or long term lets.
I am a vegetarian, so might prefer a vegetarian housemate but not essential. I am out of the house quite a lot on evenings and weekends and travel whenever I can. I like to keep the house tidy/ clean so would like a housemate who can contribute to this. Otherwise I'm friendly and easy going so get in touch if you're interested.
