I have got very nice single room for a student to rent. This room is located in Liberty House, St Mary's road Sheffield. It's very close to city centre, local shops, gym and train station. As showing in the pics, the room has its nice kitchen including fridge, microwave, cooker, sink ...ect. All bills are included in the rent, Internet brodband is also available. there are 3 toilets in the same floor shared with other students. washing machines and dryers are also available.

The room is availble from now till end of July 2014, then if you would like to stay more weeks or months, u can :) .
Please note that from now till end of July 2014, that is about 4 months.
if you are interested then you need to pay that period in advance + a deposite of £200 which will be refunded in the end of July 2014.
It is very worth, nice price, clean, nice location.
