6th flatmate wanted :)

We have 1 bedroom available in a 6 bedroom house, priced at £70 per week including gas, electric and internet bills. We are all girls studying at Hallam, 3 nursing students, 1 psychology student and 1 chemistry student. The house is really close to Collegiate campus as its located just off Ecclesall rd and even then is not too far from City campus. The room we have available is smaller than the other rooms in the house which is why the rent is £15 less, however it's still a lovely room with a lot of storage space and its a really nice house as a whole. The room has a double bed in it at the moment however if you want, this can be changed to a single bed so that there is more floor space. There is lots of storage space in the room. There is a large kitchen with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. There is a bath and 2 showers as well as separate toilet room. The landlord has said he will be putting a TV in before we move in and there is a grassy garden at the back. Please get in touch if you are interested :)
