Double room in a 4 bed house share

Come and live in our house! We have a bright double room available in a lovely large detached Victorian house in a great area.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, shelves and storage. The rest of the house is big so its perfect if you don't spend a lot of time in your room and like to socialise. On the same floor there are 3 other bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs is a big lounge with gas fire and nice big bay window, a shower room, utility room, dining room and a massive kitchen. There's also a cellar for storage. Outside is a small garden good for summer bbqs and also off street parking for 1 car - although no permit required on road anyway.

Bills are not included in rent but come to around £50 a month on average. The house has a new boiler so it's fairly efficient for a big house.

The other housemates are friendly and sociable. We like to hang out during the week after work - watching films or going climbing, running or cycling. There's nearly always someone about at weekends too.

The location is excellent, and it's less than 5mins walk to Endcliffe Park and the shops, restaurants and pubs of Hunter's Bar/Ecclesall Road and only a 10min drive to the Peak District.
