A large Furnished Double Room will be available from the 1st of July (Dates potentially flexible if required).
We are a friendly student house with 2 Masters and 1 PHD student. I wish I could stay, however, unfortunately I have been offered a job in London and have to move, and the main requirement for my replacement will be a willingness to socialise with the existing housemates!
The house is located 2 mins walk from the junction of Crookes and School Road. It is a 5 mins walk to Sainsbury's/ Co-op in the heart of Crookes and only 10mins down into Broomhill. The Arts Tower is a 15min walk. There is free (no-permit) on road parking, and I have just installed a ground anchor in the garden shed for safe and dry bicycle storage.
We have a live out landlord who is great. We recently had a problem with the bathroom ceiling and he came straight over and fixed it properly with no objections.
