4th room mate wanted!

We have a bedroom avaiable to rent in a 4 bedroom house at the top of ecclesall road, opposite endcliffe park. Approximately 10/15 minute walk to collegiate campus, with a bus stop at the end of the road that goes directly into town.

The house is decorated in a contemporary, modern style and comes fully furnished, with a new kitchen and bathroom.

The available bedroom is a large double room on the ground floor of the house.

The house is rented at £66 pppw, with a £200 deposit and £50 admin fee payable on signing the contract. Bills work out at around £40 a month, this includes water, gas, electricity, TV licence and internet.

We are preferably looking to share with a third year or postgraduate student, who understands how busy university life is but still enjoys going out! We have no preferences over personality, however tidyness and cleanliness are highly desired.

You will be sharing with 2 female postgraduate student nurses and 1 female undergraduate occupational therapy student. We are a fun, lively and friendly group that are easy to get along with and enjoy socialising. We enjoy nights in and out, making the most of the university experience!
