Fun and friendly house mate wanted

Our little house is located just off Sharrow Vale Road a mere a hop skip away from all your shopping and drinking needs.
We have a small garden out back, which when the sun rarely raises its head is lovely to sit out in.
Downstairs is a kitchen/living room which has a real cosy feel to it and one bedroom.
As we journey up the stairs there is another room and bathroom, complete with a popper shower, not one of those pathetic drip drip ones.
Up the last set of stairs leads to the room up for grabs and I do not say this to sway you, but it is by far the best. The room has wooden floors, two sky lights, a shower, sink and plenty of space to galavant about in to your hearts content.
Now for the housemates....I am currently studying and MA in social work and at this moment in time am working for free, which yes I resent. I have absolutely no hobbies as I have recently been informed that pub hopping and planning festivals do not count.
Your second potential house mate is slightly more interesting...She hails from the emerald Isle and does something very technical and sciencey at the hospital. She also has a real hobby which involves girls skating round a track at high speeds, barging each other out the way and inventing dirty sounding nicknames for each other. Yes she is none other than one of those infamous Derby girls.
We usually cook together about three times a week and sometimes make it a pub quizz. We are both very social and pretty easy going, but keep the place clean.
Although we both like to go out, we work hard in the week so ideally would like a housemate with the same ethos.
