I am moving out to live with my work friend and am leaving my contract 2 months before its over, so need someone to fill my room for the final 2 months of my contract initially.

The house is located just off Ecclesall Road, near the hunters bar roundabout. This is a beautiful area and Encliffe Park is just at the bottom of the road. The house is a short walk from the shops, bars and restuarants of the popular Eccy Road. The city centre is also easily accesible by buses, which pick up from the bottom of our road. Free on-street parking is also available.

Rent does not include bills, which come to about £50 a month (gas and elec, water, broadbamd, tv license). Bills will be due early on in May so this will have to be discussed with the current tenants and the necessary payments made.
