Double Attic Room

I have one double room available in a friendly easy going house in S11. There are good transport links to both universities. If you are feeling energetic the walk in to town takes approx 40 mins. The house is close to Endcliffe park with easy access to excellent facilities in Hunters bar and Ecclesall road. Bills are included in the rent excluding council tax where appropriate. There is shared bathroom and kitchen and access to the dining room and garden. I now work freelance having previously worked as a lecturer at Hallam University in Media Production. I have one tenant currently staying here. He is a postgraduate student from Costa Rica. My 23 year old son also stays when he is in Sheffield The let would suit a friendly independent person looking for a quiet environment. The room is available for either short term or long lets. For a let less than one month the rent is £80 per week. Monday to Friday lets also welcome at a cost of 250 per month. The cost of the room for a couple is £425 per calendar month.
