All bills are included including broadband and Sky Multiroom with Sports and Movies(in the available room).

Full use of all normal shared facilities - front room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

There is on street parking and the house has excellent transport links (both public and for motorway access). Buses run from the top of the road into town every 25 minutes and Halfway tram stop is a 10 minute walk away.

The main road has a number of shops including a post office, newsagent and sandwich shop. There are also a number of pubs and places to eat in the surrounding area. Crystal Peaks is a 5 minute drive and Meadowhall / Centretaiment is 15/20 minutes away by car. Rother Valley and the various countryside walks are right on the doorstep also!

I have a dog (photo included) and whilst feeding/walking duties are entirely my responsibility if you don't like dogs then this isn't the house for you.
