Looking for someone to share a 2 bedroom flat

A small room (including a single bed with a matrix, a desk-table, a chair, a three-drawer cabinet, a wardrobe, a window with double curtain) in a beautifully furnished flat located in Manor Oak Gardens.

The flat is fully furnished with a spacious living room (containing 1 L-sofa-bed, 1 armchair, 1 double-seat sofa, 1 dining table with 4 chairs and small table) with an endless view to the city centre.

Kitchen is separate, is fully equipped and has a nice view as well. Only one toilet (shower and bath) is available to share. Broadband (and free-parking) available and everything can be shared.

The flat is 1 min walk from the tram stop "Hyde Park" and the bus stop 56. Walking distance to the train station is about 10 min.

The other occupant is me - a clean, considerate and sociable person who respect others' personal space/views. I have friends visiting occasionally: all friendly, professional and international; we like to enjoy familial-type gathering over a meal and have good times and laughs.
