Double Room In Semi in Dinnington

Double room in semi-detached house in quiet cul-de-sac Dinnington. To share with me, female live-in landlord working varied shifts at local garage and male 37 yrs works full time and only there Mon-Fri. House is beautiful, having just had all mod cons updated, including new fitted kitchen, new bathroom with shower, new flooring and carpets. There are 3 comfortable living areas all with modern TV's. I tend to stay in the kitchen area which has tv, settee etc and breakfast bar. We are both very easy to get along with. Plenty of cupboard and fridge space for your food and other provisions. Also use of conservatory and lovely living room so no need to feel you have to be cooped in your room. Broadband, and drive to park on. Anything else, please ask. Thanks for reading
