The room has a built in double wardrobe and comes with a bed frame.
The rent is £275 per month plus bills (approx £130). The flat is through Evans Lee Estate Agents so there will be an agency fee. There is on-road permit parking available.
I'm a 31yr old female professional. I work during the week so am looking for someone who enjoys a bottle of wine and a takeaway after a hard day, a netflix marathon or a pub quiz during the week!
