We have 2 spare double rooms that will be available in mid July. The rent is £225 a month excluding bills which are never that bad.
It's a lovely 5 bed house with a private decked area. There is a separate lounge with leather sofas, a large dining room and a kitchen with fully integrated appliances, dishwasher, drier, washing machine, larder etc.
There is sky tv, bt infinity broadband and two bathrooms. The rooms are fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage.
We all work full time and enjoy a glass of wine/beer at the end of the week. We're looking for someone similar who is laid back to join the house
