We have a Double room in a three bedroom house in Hunter's bar. The house has a large living area and separate dining room. Kitchen contains all usual appliances.
The house is very homely. We are really sociable people and would like someone who can be a friend as well as a lodger.
Room is available from 1st August. The room is £225 per month excluding bills. Bills include water, gas and electricity, broadband and council tax etc, which works out at £100 per month.
