Cheap double available in lovely Crookes house

Hi

I am moving out of my lovely houseshare in Crookes to live with my partner, and am looking to fill a small but ample-sized double room in our house. The existing housemates are all very friendly, a mixture of students and professionals, and so we would be happy to take either (though professionals would have to pay a share of the council tax).

The house is bright and clean and has a shared living room, kitchen, shower / bathroom and outdoor patio / garden area with garden furniture. The available room is a small double furnished with a desk, shelves and wardrobe. We have fibre-optic broadband and bills come to about £30 a month all together, not including council tax.

Current housemates are: Florian, 29, French barman, gourmet cook, and musician; Bryony, 24, Biology student, board-game lover and Team GB athlete (trampolinist); Ed, 21, Engineering student, keen gamer, and also a trampoline enthusiast. Lots of interests in the house and all the housemates are friendly and keen to socialise. They prefer to keep the house reasonably clean, so hopefully you'll do the same!

Room is free from March 1st, possibly a couple of days earlier if necessary. It's available until end September with an option to extend. I don't mind considering a short-term let though priority would go to those looking for the full 6 months.
