Fantastic Room To Let in Shared Professional House

I have a double attic room to let in a five bedroom Victorian house close to Hunters Bar.

I will be unfortunately moving out of the house due to work commitments and the room will be available from the 1st September. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone else to take the room with great house mates.

The rent of £346 is inclusive of all bills (bar internet) and paid on a monthly basis, which is very good for the location and the quality of the house.

The House:

It is a five bedroom Victorian Terraced House in a fantastic location close to Hunters Bar, Ecclesall Road and Endcliffe Park.

On the ground floor there is a shared living room, dining room and kitchen all of good size.

The first floor comprises three double bedrooms and two large bathrooms (one with a walk-in-shower and the other a bath/shower).

The second floor has two double bedrooms, one of which is the one that is becoming available. The room will come fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bed side cabinet.

The House mates:

There are four professional house mates currently living in the house. We are all a friendly bunch and get a long well with each other. We enjoy spending time together after work and will be looking for a like minded person who enjoys chilling out after work, watching tv, going to the pub, cycling etc - essentially and outgoing person who is easy to get a long with, clean and tidy and gets on well with others.
