We have a room available in a very nice and well equipped 3 bedroom apartment next to Glossop Road (for a PGR - master or PhD - student). The accommodation is extremely close to the Drama Studio and it is less than 2 minutes walk to the Student Union at the University of Sheffield, and 10 minutes walk to Collegiate College SHU. The location of the property is suitable for 1st year postgraduate students or continuing postgraduate students who want to leave closer to the university.

The property is available from the middle of January 2015.

You will be joining 2 friendly and sociable 2nd year male PhD students. One of them is mexican and the other one is italian. Both of them are nice and keep the apartment clean and tidy.

The property is well equipped with a kitchen, small living room, washing machine / dryer and full bathroom. The rent is £80 per person per WEEK plus share of household bills. Internet (wired) is included in the rent. A non-refundable fee of £50 is required, and the rent is paid in a single payment on the 20th of January 2015. The property is administered by MAF Properties so a guarantor is required, and a contract must be agreed and signed. The contract expires on June 13th, 2015.

We are looking for a friendly, easy-going and tidy new roommate who is responsible in the payments of the rent and bills.
