Homely 4 bed home - 1 Housemate wanted
Me and two friends (2 boys 1 girl) have secured a 12 month contract for a really nice property near Sheffield university for the academic year 2014/15, and moved in on the 1st July.
We have one double room available and are looking for a friendly fourth person (preferably female to even things out) to be a part of our house. We are all final year students who have been on placement for a year and work pretty hard but still enjoy going out regularly.
The property is through a private landlord so no dealing with agencies and its a simple £300 rent per month (bills excluded) and an initial £300 deposit. If you’re interested please get in touch and we can answer any questions!
