I've got a room I'm looking to give away in Aspect 3, which is right next to Opal 2, the university's city accommodation. It is five to ten minutes away from the majority of the university, (five minutes to the mappin building) , and is about 10 minutes from the city. The rent is £107 a week, utilities are included in that sum, along with internet, and a TV license. It is an ensuite room. It will be shared with 4 other flat mates. A TV is provided in the kitchen and common room.
The room also has a 3/4 bed, a large bathroom and room space for a single room, and there is a tesco right downstairs. There are also games areas and a communal area with a large TV for everyone in the area to use; this can reserved for any parties, or meetings etc.
