House has a large communal area with two double leather sofas and a modern dining table set. The Kitchen is also very modern with a large fridge, washing machine, microwave and electric hobs and oven. All appliances are relatively new and in perfect working condition. The common bathroom is shared between three people. The local area has many shops that meet your everyday needs from a supermarket to many takeaways. There is also a 24hr tesco supermarket 10 minute walk from the house.

The rent is not inclusive of bills or council tax but this is reflected in the low price. The house has central heating with a combi boiler and all windows are double glazed.

This house would be ideal for someone looking to be close to the University and is looking for a clean and quiet place to live. The house is currently shared by two fourth year students.
