Lovely two bedroom penthouse to rent in the lovely Kelham island area of Sheffield, it is right next to Kelham island museum. It is a lively up and coming area with fine pubs and a short walk to the city centre. We have a shared living room space and a balcony looking onto the river Don.
Fully furnished, with sofa, bookcase, tables all bedroom and kitchen appliances. The kitchen and living room are open and spacious. One bedroom is larger with an en suite whilst the other is smaller with a bathroom in the hall. There is a possibility for three people to live here however it may be a little cosy as the flat is on the smaller side. Couples welcome, each room will cost 150 a week without bills however I am open to negotiation. Parking can be included in this price.
