There is a shared large kitchen/ dining area with sofas, dining table and wall mounted TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick.
A separate additional living room at the front of the house has two bed settees for occasional guests to stay and another TV.
The kitchen is equipped with a large 50/50 fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, electric ceramic hob, oven and a large amount of storage space.
In the shared bathroom, over the bath, there is a powerful shower which can be used as a rain shower or standard shower.
There's plenty of personal storage throughout the house and a garden (with garden storage). There are NO parking restrictions outside the house so parking a car nearby is easy.
Very fast wi-fi (100MB) included in the rent.
We are in the centre of the extremely popular part of Hillsborough, close to the park.
Excellent transport connections and great supermarket choices nearby (cheaper living costs than the typical student areas).

I have just graduated from university and am now training as an ice dancer and skating coach. Heather is currently working on a placement year prior to her final year at the university of Sheffield and Kyle is looking for PHD opportunities following his master's degree.
When we're not busy, we enjoy going out for drinks or staying in and watching films equally.
