Come and join 3 sociable and friendly young professionals/mature students in this large house situated in the perfect spot between cool Kelham Island and the University of Sheffield. The house is calm, clean and considerate with friendly sociable housemates. In addition, all bills are included, including council tax.

The area has lots of international students and young professionals as Kelham Island is recognised nationally for it's cool bars and restaurants. It's also a very short walk through the lovely parks across the road to the University, or a little further to the Hospitals.

The transport links are excellent too, with the tram 2 minutes away which will take you to Meadowhall mall, Hillsborough, or the train station. You can walk or take the tram to town too.

This house stands out due to it's large 4m by 4m rooms which give a feeling of space, both in your room, with your double bed, large desk and a large shared space lounge/dining room.

This year I have 3 guys signed up, Kan is an architect, Andy an engineering mature student and Grant is a post grad, all who met through the house. Council tax is included in the bills.

In past years the house has been a place for international and British post grads sharing meals and movie nights. I've regularly done video viewings too for Canadian, italian, French, Portuguese or Korean students.
