Friendly housemate wanted Mid sept 14- july 15 :D

Hey my names Sam, im 24 1st year Dental Hygiene and Therapy Student.

I live with another 2 girls both called Hannah in a lovely 4 bedroom house in crooks, 10 minutes walk from the uni, 5 minutes from the shops.
we're currently looking for a 4th Housemate, you don't have to be the tidiest person ever we just ask that you clear up after yourself and just generally look after the house and be respectful :).
Our course is really intense so sadly we cant be having party's and people over really late during the week as we need to be up early for uni :( .....Weekends your more than welcome to have a few friends over :D,
if you want to have your bf/gf over a few times a week that's fine just as long as they don't practically move in ha.

We're all really laid back and easy to get along with.

Rent ££300 a month, all bills included except water which we pay 3 monthly.

Room available is located on the ground floor, spacious double bedroom, nicely decorated for a student house our landlord is pretty good.

House: 4 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom Bath/Shower
kitchen, oven/hob, 2 fridge freezers, plenty of storage, washing machine and separate dryer.
Garden, patio area with table and chairs, quite private.
