Room in city centre flat in Velocity building

A small room to rent in my otherwise spacious 2 bed flat in the Velocity building at S1 4BP.

The flat itself is large, quite well finished, well located and a good amount of storage space. The flat is at the same level as the courtyard and has a sunbox-type balcong

Utilities would be approximately £80 per month.

The flat is a short walk from the bars and restaurants in the city centre as well as some of the University buildings and some good real ale pubs.

The living room is spacious with a 50" TV, sofas and home theatre PC.

The room has a double bed but the room itself is quite small, which I aim to reflect in the rent. The room has a wardrobe and a small set of drawers- beyond that there isn't a great deal more space in the room itself.

I am often out the flat at work, seeing my girlfriend or seeing friends so although the room is small, the whole of the flat is often empty to enjoy much of of the time, which may well balance the small room size.

I am a professional working in law. I studied at Sheffield University. I lived in France for a year whilst studying, speak French and have international friends. I like sports including running, cycling and climbing. I am pretty chilled and I like watching films, cooking and comedy.

I cook good Indian food among other cuisines.

I would prefer a flatmate in their 20's or 30's. As I work during the week. A professional or post-grad student would be preferable. International students are welcome.

If I have a number responses I will meet with potential flatmates and consider the person that I think is the most suitable for the room.
