Bedroom 2- is very large, on the 1st Floor facing the front of the house and has a double bed. It has fitted cupboards and a walk in wardrobe. There is a brand new two seater leather sofa for you to enjoy.

Bedroom 3- on the ground floor facing the front of the house. A large room with a double bed, desk, bedside table, chest of draws and pc chair.

reception room 2 - Snug TV chill out room on 1st floor made for everyone to relax together. Leather sofa, tables and TV stand.

Bond: -one month rent payable when you agree to move in.

CONTRACT length approx 11 months to end July 1st (to renew is an option) to suit a group of three individuals £55/4/3 each, per week per person.

- All tenants must provide a guarantor and references.
