The location is very near Sheffield University, perfect location for university student, about 15 mins walk. Also about 15 mins walk to West Street. There is a big Tesco next to the building (3 mins walk)
If you also want to extend the contract for next year, you can do so at the reception, there is still room available.
There are 3 others roommates (2 Chinese and 1 Lebanese), they all are very nice , friendly, clean and tidy
