Room for rent off Ecclesall Road

it's a spacious double room with a desk, chair wardrobe and and side table. I've enjoyed having this room because; its opposite the better of the 2 bathrooms (newly fitted with a double shower) which I share with one other housemate, it also has a huge pin board opposite the bed which ive found really handy and the room is bright.

Downstairs there is another toilet, a large living room and a large kitchen with 2 fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space.

The location is what I will miss the most, its just off Eccy road opposite collegiate crescent campass. This makes it the prefect room for a hallam student based there, no more than a 3 minute walk. Tesco is a five minute walk and there are numerous take aways within 5 minutes too. There is loads going on on Ecclesall road, shops, cafes, pubs, resturants. The centre of town is only a 20 minute walk.

The current housemates are friendly, they all study a fairly intense course and are up every morning at about 7. 30. They like to have a good time at the weekends though.
