The property is in a lovely village with lots of good local amenities including shops within a few minutes walk and a good local pub with great pub grub.
It would very much suit someone or a couple who are living away from home for employment and don't want to live in a hotel but wants their own private living spaces.
I am happy to rent on the basis of Monday to Friday or seven days per week.
The monthly rent includes all bills except Gas and Electricity.
