Large double room in great house backing onto park

Lovely, modern, 4 storey house with garden backing onto Hillsborough park. 5 minute walk from Hillsborough centre. The house has easy access to town via bus and tram and is adjacent to Hillsborough leisure centre/gym. A taxi to/from the city centre costs £6. The park has many amenities including tennis courts which are free to use.

The ground floor has a large kitchen with washing machine/dishwasher and a toilet on this floor and an occupied double bedroom. The porch opens into the good sized garden with a paved area, outdoor table and seating, perfect for BBQs.

The first floor has a dining room and a living room, equipped with a big TV. We have two sofas and bean bags. There is a selection of games consoles available for use and access to BBC iplayer etc.

The second floor has the available double bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe, and the recently renovated main bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside tables and is very large.

The attic has our bedroom in it.

The house comes with fast fibre broadband and all bills are included in the rent.

Please be aware that the house is in a permit parking zone so you will be unable to park on the street between 10am-6: 30pm Monday-Saturday, however there is parking available close by. If you need to park on the street within permit hours, you can use a pass which costs 50p per day.

We are a couple in our mid twenties, one of us is a doctor at the Northern General and the other is a mature (ish) medical student. Our other housemate (in the ground floor room) is an engineer. We are looking for someone new as the friend who currently lets the upstairs room has to move away for work.

We're a very friendly and relaxed house and we'd very much welcome people willing to improve our score at the weekly pub quiz!

We are also very tidy house, so if you're not then it might not be a good fit.
